How to Install the Desktop App

  1. Log in to https://app.liner.com/.
  2. Once logged in, look at the bottom left corner of the screen — you’ll see an option to download apps.
  3. Click it to download the installation file.
  4. When the download is complete, open the file and follow the on-screen instructions to finish the installation.

How to reset your password on Liner

  1. Click "Sign In.”
  2. Click "Forgot password?" on the bottom right.
  3. Enter your email address to reset your password.
  4. Follow the instructions sent to you email to reset your password.

How to Cancel your Subscription

To cancel auto-renewal for your subscription:
  1. Log in to your Lenovo Account with your Lenovo ID.
  2. Select My Orders.
  3. Find and click your subscription's Order Number.
  4. Under Details, choose Manage Subscription.
  5. Toggle off Auto-renew. This will end your subscription after your term has completed.
